Tesla Cyber Quad will be safest ATV: Musk

San Francisco:
Tesla CEO Elon Musk has said that the company’s Cyber Quad will be the world’s safest all-terrain vehicle (ATV).

Musk first commented on the Tesla CyberQuad at a Tesla shareholders meeting, Electrek reports. He had unveiled the electric ATV in 2019 along with the Cybertruck.

“We’re definitely building Cyber trucks here and maybe ATVs are an interesting design challenge, because ATVs are very dangerous and we want to make an ATV that is least dangerous,” Musk said.

The center of gravity will be very low in this as the battery pack is going to be depleted, the CEO said.

Reportedly, it does not appear that Tesla is in an advanced stage of design for the Cyberquad.

As previously reported by the Auto-Tech website, the original prototype unveiled at the Cyber Truck event was a Yamaha Raptor ATV, which was converted to an electric one with the Zero Motorcycle powertrain.

Tesla certainly has some time to do that. Musk reconnected the Cyber Quad to the Cyber Truck, which will arrive by the end of 2022.
