On the other hand, the servers of Instagram’s parent company Facebook also went down in some countries of the world. Facebook’s servers in the US, UK, Poland and parts of Germany went down at 12:17 pm Indian time. Earlier, during Sunday-Monday (between 3 and 4 October), the servers of Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp were down for about six hours.
However, the effect of Facebook’s server down was not visible on WhatsApp. whatsspp ran around the world without any problem. After the server was down, the hashtag #instagramdownagain also started trending on Twitter. However, after a while the problem was resolved. According to the information, on Friday at around 12:11 pm Indian time, the server of Instagram all over the world went down. During this, Instagram users were finding it difficult to refresh the feed. Along with this, there was a problem in uploading the photo.
According to government data, there are 53 crore WhatsApp users, 41 crore Facebook users and 21 crore Instagram users in India.
Facebook has apologized for this outage. Facebook said that some people are having problems accessing our apps and website. We are sorry if you are unable to use our service. Server was down on October 5 too
On Monday, October 5, all three Facebook-owned apps Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp were halted for more than 6 hours. This problem was encountered in many countries around the world.
