Cannot issue instructions to apply Kovishield to people who have got the vaccine | Cannot issue instructions to apply Kovishield to people who have got the vaccine

Digital Desk, New Delhi. By filing an application in the Supreme Court, the petitioner has said that the vaccine has not yet been approved by the WHO and people who have to go abroad are facing a lot of trouble in getting its approval. A bench headed by Justice DY Chandrachud said that the court does not have any data and cannot directly ask the government to re-impose Covid-shields on people. We can’t issue orders to re-implant Kovashield to people who have taken the vaccine and can’t play with people’s lives.

India has applied to who

Let us tell you that the court said that we have read in the newspaper that Bharat Biotech has applied before the WHO. We will have to wait for WHO’s reply. The court said that it will hear the application after the Diwali holiday. The petitioner’s lawyer Karthik Seth said that daily students and other people need to go abroad, but those who have taken the vaccine are not getting permission to go abroad. People who have taken Covaccine through the Covin App are not able to register for Covishield. In such a situation, instructions should be given to the center.

I don’t have data
On the petition of the petitioner, the Supreme Court said that we do not have any such data and we cannot pass an order in such a way that another vaccine should be given. We are aware of your concern, but wait for the reply of WHO.
